Process

Process Discovery & Analysis We conducted thorough user research and analysis of the legacy platform, identifying pain points, outdated workflows, and areas of confusion. Interviews with employees helped uncover hidden inefficiencies and specific needs for day-to-day operations. Information Architecture & Wireframing A new structure was defined to organize core functionalities clearly, including dashboards, workflow management, and reporting. Low-fidelity wireframes were created to visualize streamlined user flows and key interaction points. Visual Design & Prototype In Figma, we designed a modern, clean interface aligned with contemporary UI standards. The high-fidelity prototype was interactive, allowing employees to test workflows and validate usability improvements. Implementation & Testing The prototype included detailed specifications for visual components, interactions, and user flows. Testing with employees ensured that the platform was intuitive, efficient, and met user expectations.
