- Build a scalable platform architecture supporting partnership management, campaign automation, and a brand + user interface. - Design a user interface that simplifies complex processes such as partnership activation, data insights, and incentives, making them accessible for non-technical users. - Enable real-time dashboards, performance reports, and engagement metrics instead of relying on static exports. - Support HubConn’s operations as a partnership hub with ready-made materials, curated campaigns, and seamless integrations. - Develop a modular system that allows adding new services, campaigns, and integrations without redesigning the core structure.

Process Discovery & Analysis We mapped existing HubConn partnership flows from onboarding and planning to content creation and post-campaign tracking based on the sequence presented on their website. Stakeholder interviews helped identify pain points like manual processes, lack of visibility over campaign performance, and the need for automated reporting. Information Architecture & Wireframing The platform was structured into core modules: partner onboarding, campaign management, performance dashboards, content library, and reporting tools. Low-fidelity wireframes captured key screens including metrics dashboards, partner onboarding flows, and insights pages. Visual Design & Prototype We designed a clean, professional UI in Figma, prioritizing clarity, hierarchy, and intuitive navigation for both partners and brands. Interactive prototypes were tested with HubConn users to validate usability and flow comprehension. Implementation & Testing The design was handed off to the development team with detailed specifications: UI components, validation rules, user database integration, and automated reporting features. Functional and load testing verified platform performance and accuracy of metrics.
